A written scope before work starts
Every project gets a written scope and price — including which permits the job needs and who files them. No verbal ranges that grow later.
Photo documentation, every visit
Plan members get a dated photo report after every quarterly visit. Project customers get before-and-after documentation of the work.
No-pressure walk-throughs
The $75 walk-through is an inspection with a written result — not a sales appointment. Whether you book work afterward is entirely up to you.
30-day cancellation on plans
Home service plans cancel with 30 days' written notice, no cancellation fee. We keep members by being useful, not by locking the door.
